Been workin with actual pens and paints and such for a while, so I figured it was time to return to Colors on the DS and see what I could crank out.
It was my buddy's birthday a couple days ago, so I figured I would do a speedy sketching of him as one o' them japanese hot spring monkeys, smokin a pipe and relaxing, waiting for the spring thaw.
This is the result. Still workin hard to get values and tones right, and hair is a beast to draw.
